There is a free Reader available from Adobe which is used to view such files. If you do not already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your machine, click the Acrobat Reader link below to download it. Then download the league signup sheet. If you are not sure whether or not you have the Reader, download the league signup sheet and try to open it.
